The price includes bed sheets, towels, Wifi internet connection and house cleaning after departure. A pool man and a gardener will take care of the property, so that you can relax and enjoy the vacation. 30% of the rent to be paid at the time of booking and the rest at least two weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations later than two weeks before arrival, 30% of the rent will be charged. For rental of two weeks or more, the price per week will be 15% less.
